Custom Shortcuts (Favourites): You can now 'star' the menu items you use most often to create a personalised quick-access menu. You can fully customise this by renaming and grouping these shortcuts.

📅 New Calendar Layouts: Managers can now view staff schedules in a traditional monthly or yearly calendar format, making it easier to plan and see working patterns.

📍 Location-Based Clocking: The system can now use GPS to ensure employees are at their designated work location when they clock in using a mobile device.

Holiday Expiry Dates: Managers can now set a strict deadline for when carried-over annual leave must be used before it is automatically removed.

📊 Easier Table Customisation: You can now rearrange columns on your screen easily using a pop-up list, saving you from having to drag columns manually across wide tables.

Shift Length Limits: Maximum time limits (such as 24 hours) can now be set to prevent users from accidentally creating impossibly long shifts.

💻 Helpful Screen Updates: The 'Save' button will now stay visible at the top of the screen even when you scroll down long pages. Additionally, an employee's current shift is now clearly marked with a green bullet point.

📧 Deleted Request Alerts: Employees will automatically receive an email notification if a manager or admin deletes a request (like annual leave) that was previously approved.

🎓 On-Screen Training Guides: The system now features built-in, step-by-step interactive tutorials to help you and your team learn how to use different screens effectively.

🔍 Improved Scrolling and Searching: When scrolling down long lists of data, the column headers and important tools now stay pinned to the top of the screen. You can also right-click on information in a table to quickly filter your view.

📑 Create Custom Reports: You can now turn any filtered or customised on-screen table directly into a report and export it to Excel, CSV, or PDF.

📍 Location Clocking for Flex Users: GPS location checking (geofencing) is now available for customers using the 'Flex' system to verify where employees are clocking in from.

🪄 Automatic Scheduling: A major new "Auto Rostering" feature can automatically build employee schedules based on your company's rules, which saves time and reduces manual errors.

📢 Publishing Schedules: Managers can now prepare and edit schedules privately; employees will only be able to see their roster on the self-service portal once the manager explicitly clicks "Publish".

✉️ Email Address Verification: To ensure everyone receives important alerts reliably, the system will now occasionally send users a link requiring them to validate their email address.

🏖️ Leave Balances on Approvals: When managers receive an email to approve time off, or view it on the requests screen, they will now see a helpful summary of the employee's remaining leave balance so they can make an informed decision instantly.

⏱️ Deadlines for Shift Changes: Companies can now prevent employees from requesting last-minute shift swaps or cancellations by setting a strict cut-off time, such as 48 hours before the shift begins.

👥 Include Past and Future Staff in Reports: When running reports, you can now easily include employees who have already left the company or those who are scheduled to start in the future.

🔄 Swap Shifts for Rest Days: Employees can now request to swap a shift with a colleague who is scheduled to have a rest day on that same date.

🎯 Quick 'Today' Button: A new button on the employee self-service calendar allows users to instantly jump back to today's date if they have been looking at past or future months.
